"Accurate processing" is one of the big factors for durability and earthquake protection of wooden housing structure.
For achieving this factor, precutting becomes common sense of the current wooden housing. Nikkyo focused attention on the precut technology for the first time in the industry and made a concerted effort to supply high quality precut materials for 23 years since 1980.
In past years, the CAPS construction was introduced, and the precut of its structural panel which attached the thermal insulation was also started. We will continue to challenge new precut work as one of the pioneers of the wooden housing industry.

Nikkyo's introduction of precut techniques was a first in Japan that dramatically improved processing accuracy.
Structural components and subcomponents are processed at in-house factories to eliminate manual on-site
processing, ensuring uniform on-site finish.

During the technical development, the full automatic precut system is established. On-line and CAD/CAM transfers all processing data created by Architecture Department to the processing machines which cut materials and CAPS panels directly.
In addition, Nikkyo promotes thorough quality control based on stringent wood quality control standards stipulating processing dimensions of precut and CAPS components, shapes of warp and bending, and other details to supply components ensuring comfortable customer residences. |
