Saitama Factory is the base for new comfortable housing creation

Saitama Factory, established in 1997 as materials supply base for the Kanto district, occupies 36,000 m2 and produces CAPS panels for CAPS construction, we introduced into the world for the first time. As at the Nagoya and Iwata Factories, materials are under indoor and process control network system.

Saitama Factory supplies high-tech materials centering on wooden structural precut techniques. The star feature of the Saitama Factory is the Saitama Building, built at the side to the Factory with 6 stories above ground. This building is the center of materials purchase, design, and sales divisions for all Kanto areas, and has backup provision for all data on our customers, even in the case that data at headquarters is destroyed.
