Iwata Factory is a new central base for processing and supplying residence structural components to Tokai and Chubu areas.
This factory was established as the material supply base based on the CAPS panel precut line behind CAPS construction.
The plant and warehouse occupy 45,000 m2 -- one of the largest in Japan -- and the all-2-story factory building's epoch-making configuration enables material transfer trucks to directly enter the upstairs floor.
This enables materials to be supplied to construction sites without compromising component quality while materials are loaded onto delivery trucks even in inclement weather.
